Get Ready for Sports: Physical Clinic at Sutter Davis on June 7
Holmes Junior High families, mark your calendars! Sutter Davis is hosting a Sports Physical Clinic on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the Sutter West Medical Group Family Medicine Practice (2030 Sutter Place, Suite 2000).
Students entering grades 7 through 12 are encouraged to take advantage of this convenient opportunity to complete their sports physicals for the 2025–26 school year. Getting cleared early is especially helpful for students hoping to participate in summer training or early tryouts.
A $20 donation is requested, with all proceeds going to support Davis Senior High School Athletics.
📝 Be sure to bring a completed sports physical form signed by a parent or guardian.
