Ready for School2019-2020 Enrollment/Re-Enrollment Information

New Enrollment:

If you are interested in enrolling a student in Davis Joint Unified School District, please visit www.djusd.net/schools/enrollment to begin the Online Pre-Enrollment process.

Our school office will be closed beginning June 27th and we will re-open on August 12th. During this time, you will need to take the required documents to the DJUSD District Office, located at 526 B Street, in order to complete the enrollment process. If you have questions, please call the DJUSD District Office at (530) 757-5300.

Returning Families:

All current DJUSD students’ legal parents/guardians will receive an email the week of July 15th, with details and instructions for obtaining their unique PIN and password. Online Re-Enrollment will be open beginning July 22nd at 8:00 am. Anyone without internet access or those who have questions may contact the DJUSD Online Re-Enrollment Help Desk at (530) 757-5300 x117 or stop by the district office.

Families will need to complete the Online Re-Enrollment process PRIOR to attending schedule pick-up days (listed below) in the Holmes MPR.

8th & 9th grade schedule pick-up: Wednesday, August 21st, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (MPR)
• 7th grade schedule pick-up: Thursday, August 22nd, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (MPR)

(If you are unable to attend during the assigned times above, schedules can also be picked up on Fri, August 23rd or Tue, August 27th , from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm in the Office)

• 7th Grade WEB Day/Orientation: Tuesday, August 27th, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (GYM)
• The first day of school is Wednesday, August 28th, starting at 8:30 am

If not already submitted, proof of a Tdap & 2nd Varicella vaccination for incoming 7th graders and new students is required on or before schedule pick-up day. Refer to shotsforschool.org for more info.

Any medication that needs to be administered at school requires a DJUSD Medication Assistance Authorization Form, signed by a physician. Forms are on the DJUSD website or are available for pick-up in our office. Medication, along with the completed forms, can be dropped off in the office beginning August 12th.


MORE Back-to-school information will be mailed home the first week of August.
