Art Club
Relax and socialize with friends after school on Fridays. You can paint with watercolor, draw with markers, ink pens, colored pencils, use air dry clay, and we will have two ceramic projects this year. Since Art Club is growing, we will have a fundraiser event this year where we sell our creations to buy more art supplies. Art Club meets on Fridays from 3:30-4:30 pm
ASL (American Sign Language) Club
ASL Club's purpose is to teach and learn American Sign Language (vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills) and to provide a space to practice signing with others and to have fun! Email Mr. Moody, [email protected] with any questions.

ASL Club meets at lunch in room H48 every 2nd and 4th Wednesday.

Be a Buddy Club meets on Wednesdays at lunch on the quad.
BELE Club
Join our youth led and youth centered space to make your voice heard at school and make the changes you want to see happen!  Email Ms. Schneider [email protected] with any questions.
(BELE stands for Building Equitable Learning Environments and is part of a district/nation wide program.)

The Morning BELE Club meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month before school from 8:30 - 9:30 at the lunch tables on the quad. Future meetings will be on 11/16, 1/18, 2/15, 3/15, 4/19, 5/17.

DnD Club
Become a part of one the best role-playing games of all time. Why is it so great? Because you help tell the story. Dungeons and Dragons is an interactive storytelling game filled with so many possibilities where you play a character of your own design. Email Ms. Hohmann at [email protected] with any questions.

DnD Club meets on Thursdays from 3:30-5 pm

Glee Club

GSA

GSA is a safe space for everyone, it is more specifically for people in the LGBTQ+ community but all are welcome! We gather together in a safe and inclusive space to eat lunch and occasionally have activities. Email Mrs. Mowry, [email protected] with any questions.

GSA Club meets on Wednesdays at lunch in room P-5.

The Holmes Birders
The ‘Holmes Birders’ is a club that meets every Wednesday at lunch. Meetings start in room E33 (next to the computer lab) before we head out in search of birds. We explore the natural areas on campus to find our local birds. Binoculars and field guides are supplied but please bring your own preferred binos and books! We will begin building lifelists, identify birds, participate in the Christmas Bird Count and go on fieldtrips to see native habitats. Our first field trip is in the beginning of November to the Yolo Wildlife Bypass. We will also have monthly guest speakers to discuss birds and birding adventures. Math Club
Math club for 7th and 8th graders only. We work on 10 challenging problems while eating lunch. Math competition starts in February and we will then meet more often.  Email Mrs. Yamamoto, [email protected] with any questions.

Math Counts meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month at lunch in room B22.
Speech & Debate Club
The purpose of Speech & Debate Club is to train kids in the fundamentals of competitive speech and debate.  Email Mr. Bryant, [email protected] with any questions.

Speech and Debate Club meets every Monday after school in H55.
Tabletop and Board Games

Travel Club
In Travel club, we will explore and learn about cities and countries around the World in the hopes that we will get to travel to them in the future- for example: countries in Europe or Latin America and cities like Washington DC. Email Ms. Golightly, [email protected] with any questions.
