Report a Probable or Possible COVID-19 Case

In order to quickly manage cases of possible infection in our community, we have added an email address (linked below) that staff and families can email to report a positive or probable case of COVID-19. Please include your full name, school site or department, and a phone number to reach you. You should receive a response back from the District within one business day.  In case of delayed response time, please also cc our attendance email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

[email protected]

In order to maintain the health of district staff and students, do not enter a DJUSD facility if you feel you have symptoms of COVID-19, have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, or you are waiting for your test result. You must contact the COVID-19 reporting email and receive clearance before entering district property. Contact your health provider or the email above if you have additional health questions.
