Ready, set , GO

We are excited for our Junior High athletics! Keep checking back on this Athletics Page for updates and information about the 2025-2026 school year.

If you are interested in participating in Junior High Sports this year, please follow the following steps to sign up to participate:

1. Before going to the doctor, print out a Sports Physical Form (English) (Spanish) for your doctor to sign.  Hard copies of this form are also available in the Holmes office.
2. After completing the Sports Physical, click on STUDENT PARTICIPATION ONLINE REGISTRATION
3. Enter your name and email address and click on ‘Go to Form’
4. Read through all the documents and complete all required fields for both parents and students.
5. Upload your current physical and keep the original copy for your records.  If needed, you can bring a hard copy of the signed physical form to the front office.
6. When all fields are complete, click ‘Submit Form.’
7. All data will be electronically filed with the Holmes Athletic Director.

All sports are still accepting the $25.00 optional team participation donation.  Students will also receive a team t-shirt.
