If you are interested in participating in Junior High Sports this year, please follow the following steps to sign up to participate:

  1. Before going to the doctor, print out a Sports Physical Form (English) (Spanish) for your doctor to sign.  Hard copies of this form are also available in the Holmes office.

Athletic Donations

 

All sports are still accepting the $30.00 optional team participation donation.  Students will also receive a team t-shirt.

Make checks payable to Holmes Junior HIgh Athletics OR you can pay online at the Holmes Patriots Webstore.
